What is Single Gene Disease?
Single gene disorders are known as structural disruptions in the DNA chain of the living thing that occurs in a single gene. In addition, single gene diseases occur as a result of structural defects in an organ or tissue. Structural defects in the DNA chain of the living thing are called “mutations”. Structural defects in an organ or tissue are called “malformations”.

What Is PGD For Single Gene Diseases?
